Stratford Town FC — Terms of Sale

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy tickets or other items from Stratford Town FC through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one shown here at the time you place your order.

2. Tickets

Tickets are sold subject to availability. Once we’ve confirmed your order by email, the contract is complete. Tickets are non-transferable in the sense that we may refuse entry if there’s a credible concern that a ticket has been resold for profit, but normal gifting (giving a ticket to a friend or family member at no charge) is fine.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of sale by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. We do not see or store your card details. Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Refunds and cancellations

If we cancel or postpone an event, we’ll offer you a refund or a transfer to the rescheduled event, your choice. If you can no longer attend a fixture that’s going ahead, refunds are at our discretion — please contact us as early as you can. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to event tickets sold for a specific date.

5. Behaviour at events

We may refuse entry, or remove anyone from the venue, who behaves in a way that’s unsafe, abusive, or in breach of ground regulations. Where a ticket is voided for this reason, no refund will be given.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. For everything else, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
